By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We sell authentic Crestline Row cosmetics made for us. We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can; colours on screen vary with display settings, and product imagery may be digitally rendered. Product claims (finish, wear time, vegan and cruelty-free status, origin) are based on our formulation and supplier documentation.
4. Prices and currency
All prices are in United States dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are shown before payment. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor (Stripe or Square) using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and other methods shown at checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, exceed purchase limits, or are intended for resale.
6. Shipping, returns and cancellations
Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies, which form part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
7. Legal, geographic and export restrictions
- We sell and ship only to addresses in the United States.
- Purchases are for personal use; resale and bulk purchasing are not permitted.
- You may not order on behalf of anyone subject to US sanctions or to export products in violation of US export laws.
- No license is required to buy or use our products. Cosmetics are for external use only.
- Our website and services are not directed to children under 13.

Any discount code or offer is subject to our Promotion Terms.
9. Acceptable use and intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Crestline Row name, wordmark, photography, animation and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape or reuse it commercially without permission, interfere with the site's security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
10. Warranties and liability
Products are provided with the warranties required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Disputes and governing law
Please contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence.
